Please be advised that we will be performing a scheduled maintenance on SK ID Solutions' IT infrastructure on 18.06.2025 from 23:00 until 19.06.2025 at 03:30 EEST.
From 23:00 until 03:30 maintenance works may cause short interruptions in all SK services. From 00:30 until 01:30 maintenance will cause up to 30-minute interruption in Lithuanian Mobile-ID service usage and issuance.
Maintenance works will provide more confidentiality, integrity and availability to assure the quality of our services. We will do everything we can to keep the disruptions as short as possible. Should you need help in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us support@skidsolutions.eu

This scheduled maintenance affected: Smart-ID Authentication and Signing transactions (Smart-ID Authentication, Smart-ID Signing), Mobile-ID Service (TELE2-EE, TELIA-EE, ELISA-EE, TELE2-LT, TELIA-LT, BITE-LT), and Time Stamping Service (TSA Status).
